On a 3 monthly or 6 monthly basis, we will:
- Inspect equipment and valves and adjust as required;
- Empty pump baskets / multi cyclones
- Check Timers and adjust as necessary
- Backwash filters
- Check cartridge filters pressure and clean as required
- Test and balance water (including salt)
- Top up acid drums
- Ensure water level sufficient (tap timer if not)
- Cartridge filter maintenance (required every 3 months – cleaned and treated to remove scale and oil deposits)
- Replace acid tubing (required every 6 months)
- Inspect self-clean module, including soak/clean (required every 12 months).
